Can I trust a company?

Use our checklist to find out.

1. Check at the better business bureau bbb.org.

1a. Take a look at how long the company has been in business. Most scam business will not stay into existence for longer then two years.

1b. Take a look at the complaints list. Though they may have solved the complaints a lot of complaints does tell you something.

1c. BBB issues Reliability Reports on all businesses, whether or not they are BBB accredited. If a business is a BBB Accredited Business, it just means they are paying the BBB for it. Now if a company is not listed it could be they settled outside the US, be extra allert that unless it is a foreign company they may have done this to hide illegal activities.

2. Do they have a way to contact them before hand? If so, send them a question and see if you get a genuine reply.

3. Ask them where the money comes from. If it comes only from payed memberships stay far away from it. It means your money is used to pay others and chances are likely you will not see any.

4. Do they have products and services of real value to you that arent exclusive to that company and just make you pay MLM mark up.

5. Have they been on TV or referenced in magazines or do they have some other media credibility mark to find out they are reliable.

6. Do they have a system in place to make sure people can not abuse their system or go against the law.

7. What is the kind of company support they give you? Training, Administration, etc.

8. Legit companies will not make hyped up $-claims. Do not trust blindly on so called copies of payments shown as 'proof'. These can easily be faked and give no assurance whatsoever that you will able to earn anything.

9. Did they contact you without your permission? Know that if they do not follow a strict spam and privacy policy they most probably will not be following other rules either and you don't want to be associated with them.
